THE NEW YORK PALACE
455 MADISON AVENUE, BETWEEN 50TH/51ST
Everything about The Palace exudes a royal flair, from the 5,000 square foot penthouses, to the expansive marble bathrooms, to the plush, overstuffed beds.

Warwick Hotel
65 W 54TH, BETWEEN 6TH/7TH
William Randolph Hearst opened the Warwick in 1927, and with its rich mahogany furnishings and stately murals throughout, the place exudes old world charm. The Beatles stayed here whenever they were in New York, but the hotel's most famous guest was Carey Grant, who liked the Warwick so much he rented a room for 12 years at the height of his celebrity.

The London NYC
151 WEST 54TH ST, BETWEEN 6TH/7TH
Originally built as residential apartments, the building was transformed into a hotel in 2006. Irish designer David Collins maintains an Anglophilic vibe throughout, with cozy, old world kitchenettes, lounges and dining rooms in every 2-bedroom suite. Two Gordon Ramsay-owned restaurants are located on the first floor: the lavish Ramsay at the London and more casual, small plate establishment, Maze.
3 MINUTES AWAY
THE PENINSULA NEW YORK
700 5th Ave, between 54th/55th
The only New York member of the small luxury chain based out of Hong Kong. The Peninsula pays respect to its Asian parent hotel with Chinese high tea and lacquered armoires, but that’s where tradition ends. Everything else here is state-of-the-art: bedside control panels to manage music, temperature and lighting, plasma TVs and hands-free, bathtub-side phones are available in every room.
